Free shipping on all orders. We partner with various print providers around the world to save on shipping time and distance. You will receive a tracking number upon shipping. For more information, please review our shipping policy.

Currently, we ship the Travelshirt to almost every country. We will get in touch if your order cannot be shipped and refund in full.

Several payment methods are available for the clients on travelshirt.eu: credit cards, Paypal,
debit cards, Amazon pay and Apple pay.

We cover all import duties on European orders. For other countries, customs or import charges will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs.

We consider your Travelshirt a custom order, which gets placed into production immediately upon orderand is built to your specifications. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at anytime.If you need assistance before placing your order, please contact info@travelshirt.eu

If the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Travelshirt will replace or repair the items at our discretion and return free of additional freight charges.
If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.

Please allow for 2 to 3 weeks before your custom made to order ships with shipping time dependent on the country. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, and dye lot variations,we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is an exact color match to your Travelshirt. We have made every effort to make thecolors and finishes on screen look as close as possible to the colors andfinishes of the Travelshirt you have created. Since we strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, in most cases the textile color you see and choose will likely reflect the color of the Travelshirt textile. Also, please note that just because our Travelshirt textiles may have the same or similar color name as a thing or another product does not mean they are the same exact color. Please don’t mistake a color name to be what you may think that color should be.
